Made by our master leather craftsman in California, our 1.5" belts are made from 8-10 oz. Latigo soft leather from U.S. steer hides. The belt is one consistent thickness (3.88mm) of leather, no layers, stitches or bonded leather here. They are crafted with hand beveled and burnished edges and have heavy duty snaps on the buckle end. IMPORTANT:  How to buy our snap belt:  Don't be surprised if your belt needs to be longer than your waist size.

Generally, to get a good fit, you should buy our belt two inches longer than your natural waist circumference (size). This will allow extra length to go around the outside of your pants. Our belts are sized approximately one inch longer from the buckle end to the middle (third) of the five holes in the belt. This will generally tie the buckle to the middle of 5 holes. If you are an odd number waist (up or down), the buckle will set on the second or forth hole. So if you are normally a size 34 waist, buy our 36 inch belt. If you are a 36 waist, buy our 38 inch belt...and so on. We strongly encourage you to properly order your belt size as follows to avoid returns. Trust us on this one!

Another way to measure what size belt to buy is to take a belt you use now.  measure from the tip of the buckle hammer (the thing that goes through the hole) to the middle of the 5 or 6 holes in the belt. 

Belt exchanges:  if you need to exchange your belt for a different size, you will need to pay postage to send us the belt.  Upon receiving the belt we will ship you a new belt postpaid.  Please email us your intention to do the exchange.
